Requires the Fish and Game Commission to provide live video broadcasts on its internet website for all open and public commission meetings and hearings.

Extends live broadcast requirement to meetings and hearings of the marine resources committee, wildlife resources committee, and tribal committee that are open and public.

Aims to promote public participation and increase transparency and access to Fish and Game Commission proceedings.

Adds Section 111 to the Fish and Game Code to establish these broadcast requirements.
