Authorizes consumers in supported employment or work activity programs with integrated competitive employment goals to request tailored day services alongside existing programs, with maximum hours determined through individual program planning.

Allows work activity program participants up to 75 hours per calendar quarter of tailored day services (reduced from their work activity program hours), and group supported employment participants up to 5 hours per month of additional tailored day services.

Eliminates the demonstration project requirement and January 1, 2025 repeal date for community-based vocational development services, making these services permanent statewide provisions under habilitation services.

Sets the hourly rate for community-based vocational development services at $40 per hour for a maximum of 75 hours per calendar quarter, with participants limited to a total of 4 years of services.

Requires habilitation service providers and regional centers to review vocational development plans semiannually to document progress, barriers, and changes affecting employment outcomes.
