Requires the State Department of Public Health to include coccidioidomycosis cases received after the annual reporting deadline in the next year's data collection, but attribute them to the actual year of diagnosis in future reporting.

Mandates the department collect coccidioidomycosis data by April 15 of each year from CalREDIE, other electronic data systems used by local health departments, and case reports submitted by local health officers.

Requires the department to timely notify local health officers when removing discrepant data (such as duplicate cases) from its internal dataset, allowing local health officers to remove the same data from county datasets.

Requires the department to explain likely data changes and discrepancies between local health officer reports and department reports when publishing provisional coccidioidomycosis data.

Requires the department to include the dataset date range and update date in all published coccidioidomycosis data.
