Requires the Medical Board of California to consider including a continuing education course on HIV/AIDS pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) in primary care settings.

Course must cover HIV testing, access to care, counseling, high-risk communities, patient concerns, exposure to HIV/AIDS, and appropriate care and treatment referrals.

Course requirements must align with the most recent guidelines published by the United States Public Health Service and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
