Requires the School/Law Enforcement Partnership (composed of the Superintendent of Public Instruction and Attorney General) to convene a stakeholder workgroup by June 30, 2019, to develop resources for middle and high schools on minors' rights during law enforcement interactions

Stakeholder workgroup must include representatives of teachers, school administrators, pupils, parents, law enforcement, civil rights advocates, and immigrant rights advocates

Resources may include presentation templates, video modules, and brochures covering topics such as what to do if stopped by police, stopped in a car, asked about immigration status, arrested, or taken into custody by immigration officials

Requires the Superintendent and Attorney General to post the developed resources on their respective websites by June 30, 2020

Superintendent must notify school districts, charter schools, and county boards of education of resource availability; Attorney General must notify local law enforcement agencies
