Requires the California Department of Insurance to establish the California Home Insurance Finder on its website to connect homeowners with insurance agents, brokers, and insurers for residential property insurance.

Mandates annual surveys of licensed agents, brokers, and insurers for inclusion in the finder, with updates by July 1, 2020 including names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, ZIP codes, and languages of service.

Requires insurers to disclose information about the California Home Insurance Finder to applicants denied coverage or policyholders whose policies are canceled or not renewed, effective July 1, 2020.

Mandates disclosure to applicants of the Homeowners Coverage Comparison Tool website address and notice that extended replacement cost coverage of at least 50 percent above dwelling coverage may be available, with limited exceptions.

Requires residential property insurers to notify the department by February 1 annually of any changes to their extended replacement cost coverage amounts in California so the department can update the Homeowners Coverage Comparison Tool.
