Amends Section 25607 of the Business and Professions Code to allow licensed craft distillers, winegrowers, and beer manufacturers (holding small beer manufacturer's licenses) to share a common licensed area for alcohol consumption with department approval.

Requires shared premises to be immediately adjacent to each other, not branch offices, and readily accessible without using public streets, alleys, or sidewalks.

Permits alcoholic beverages consumed in the shared area to be purchased only from the licensed winegrower, beer manufacturer, or craft distiller.

Makes all participating licensees jointly responsible for compliance with state alcoholic beverage laws and any violations occurring in the shared area.

Clarifies that the exception does not authorize sale of alcoholic beverages not otherwise permitted by law or consumption of distilled spirits purchased for off-premises consumption.
