Amends Section 1198.5 of the Military and Veterans Code to require annual financial reports by veterans memorial districts to include information about funding distributed to providers of supportive services.

Authorizes the secretary of a memorial district to exclude information from the annual financial report that is already included in reports prepared under Government Code Sections 26909, 53891, or 53901.

Maintains existing requirements for annual financial reports to include assets, liabilities, receipts, disbursements, and a list of all contracts and transactions.
