Authorizes the California Conservation Corps to contract with individuals or certified community conservation corps for projects furthering the corps' mission until January 1, 2024.

Permitted contract types include natural resources management, energy and climate programs, emergency response, educational services, corpsmember services, and ancillary services.

Director of the California Conservation Corps may establish guidelines for contracts, which must be followed if established.

Requires the California Conservation Corps to report to the Legislature on program and project success before January 1, 2023.

The authorization automatically expires and is repealed on January 1, 2024.
