Creates a reintegration credits program allowing parolees to reduce their parole term by completing education, training, treatment programs, or volunteer service while maintaining parole conditions.

Awards credits at specified rates: 12 months for high school diploma, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree; 6 weeks for individual academic courses; 6 months for certified career/technical training; 2 months for cognitive behavioral treatment; 3 months for substance abuse treatment; and 10 days per month for 12+ volunteer hours monthly.

Prohibits the program for persons required to register as sex offenders under Section 290.

Increases the standard 50-mile travel restriction by 25 miles after each annual review where credits are awarded, up to a maximum 125-mile radius, with exclusions for victim and witness locations.

Caps credits earned in any 12-month period at 12 months total; allows revocation of earned credits only if parolee is arrested or violates parole during that period.
