Requires skilled nursing facilities to report to the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development whether the licensee or its general partners, directors, or officers have a 5% or more ownership or control interest in a related party providing services to the facility, effective January 1, 2020.

Mandates disclosure of all services provided by the related party, the number of individuals providing each service, and any other information requested by the office.

Requires inclusion of the related party's profit and loss statement and Payroll-Based Journal public use data for the previous quarter's direct caregivers if goods, fees, and services collectively worth $10,000 or more per year are delivered to the facility.

Defines "related party" as an organization under common ownership or control with the licensee, consistent with federal regulations under 42 CFR Section 413.17(b).
