Amends Section 21110 of the Probate Code to define the term "kindred" in probate succession provisions.

Specifies that "kindred" includes persons related to the transferor or related to a surviving, deceased, or former spouse of the transferor.

Explicitly excludes a spouse of the transferor from the definition of "kindred" for purposes of probate succession.

Affects rules governing when issue (descendants) of a deceased transferee can take in the transferee's place under a will or trust.
