Changes the requirement for employers to provide lactation accommodation space from "other than a toilet stall" to "other than a bathroom"

Deems employers in compliance if they provide a temporary lactation location that is private, free from intrusion, used only for lactation purposes, and meets state law requirements when permanent locations cannot be provided due to operational, financial, or space limitations

Deems agricultural employers in compliance if they provide a private, enclosed, and shaded space for lactation, including options such as an air-conditioned cab of a truck or tractor

Allows employers to demonstrate undue hardship to the Department of Industrial Relations and provides an alternative requirement to make reasonable efforts to provide a non-toilet stall location if undue hardship is demonstrated
