Establishes separate driving under the influence offenses specifically for cannabis and combined cannabis with other drugs, effective July 1, 2020, for statistical tracking purposes only.

Creates new Vehicle Code Section 23152(h) making it unlawful to drive under the influence of cannabis or any cannabis product or derivative.

Creates new Vehicle Code Section 23152(i) making it unlawful to drive under the combined influence of cannabis and any other drug.

Establishes corresponding injury-causing offenses in Vehicle Code Section 23153(h) and (i) with the same cannabis-specific distinctions.

Maintains identical penalties and legal standards as existing driving under the influence laws, with no changes to enforcement or sentencing.
