Exempts limited service charitable feeding operations from most California Retail Food Code requirements while mandating compliance with general food safety provisions, best management practices approved by local agencies, and specified health and sanitation sections.

Allows limited service charitable feeding operations to distribute food in outdoor locations not at registered sites, subject to local agency approval and best management practices, limited to no more than 4 hours per day.
