Requires the Office of Emergency Services to provide funding from existing office funds to cities and counties affected by the hepatitis A outbreak associated with the Governor's October 13, 2017 state emergency proclamation.

Allocated funding must be used for treating homeless individuals infected with hepatitis A and for cleaning and sanitizing areas where people have been infected with hepatitis A.

Adds Section 8588.14 to the Government Code establishing these emergency funding requirements.

Does not create a state-mandated local program requiring reimbursement under Article XIII B of the California Constitution.
