State Air Resources Board must submit a report quantifying public health impacts for each program that received Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund moneys through January 1, 2020, in consultation with the State Department of Public Health

Report shall be submitted as part of the Department of Finance's annual report to the Legislature required under existing law, rather than separately to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee

Report must comply with Government Code Section 9795 requirements for legislative reporting

This requirement is repealed on January 1, 2024 pursuant to Government Code Section 10231.5
