Requires public schools and charter schools serving grades 7-12 that issue student identification cards to include the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline telephone number on the cards beginning July 1, 2019.

Mandates inclusion of the Crisis Text Line telephone number on student identification cards.

Requires schools to include either the campus police or security telephone number, or the local nonemergency telephone number if the school does not have campus security.

Allows schools to use existing supplies of non-compliant identification cards until depleted as of January 1, 2019.

Applies to new student identification cards issued and replacement cards issued for damaged or lost cards at the student's request.
