Requires the Department of Justice to provide subsequent arrest or disposition notifications to the State Department of Social Services, Medical Board of California, and Osteopathic Medical Board of California for persons with fingerprints on file.

Notifications assist these entities in fulfilling employment, licensing, certification duties, or approving relative caregivers, nonrelative extended family members, and resource families.

Receiving entities must promptly furnish a copy of notification information to the affected person if the information is used as basis for adverse employment, licensing, or certification decisions.

Entities that submit applicant fingerprints must immediately notify the Department of Justice when employment terminates, licenses are revoked, or approval status ends, and the department shall terminate subsequent notification upon request.

Entities receiving notifications for unknown persons or those no longer employed must immediately return the notification to the Department of Justice and may not retain the information.
