Authorizes the State Lands Commission to require that lands or interests in lands conveyed in an exchange be held in trust by the grantee subject to the same public trust requirements and terms prescribed in the statute providing for the original grant.

Applies to exchanges involving filled or reclaimed tidelands, submerged lands, or beds of navigable waterways that are subject to public trust for commerce, navigation, and fisheries.

Requires the State Lands Commission to make all exchange agreements and descriptions of lands granted to public entities available on its Internet website.
