Authorizes beer manufacturers to give up to five cases of retail advertising glassware per licensed location annually to on-sale retail licensees at no charge for use at the location.

Permits on-sale retail licensees to accept up to 10 cases of retail advertising glassware per licensed location from beer manufacturers each calendar year, with glassware defined as containers holding no more than 23 ounces.

Prohibits on-sale retail licensees from selling, giving away, or returning glassware for cash, credit, or replacement, and prohibits conditioning beer purchases on receipt of glassware.

Prevents beer wholesalers from underwriting, sharing, or contributing to costs of glassware, transportation, shipping, or serving as agents to deliver, stock, or store glassware for on-sale retailers.

Requires beer manufacturers and on-sale retail licensees to maintain records of all glassware given or received under this section for three years.
