Counties with populations of 2 million or more retain the existing $50,000 exemption threshold for bypassing public contract code requirements on building repairs

Allows large counties to perform smaller construction and repair projects on county buildings without going through the formal contracting process required under Sections 20121 and 20122 of the Public Contract Code
