Permits the Department of Fish and Wildlife to authorize take or possession of Lost River sucker and shortnose sucker resulting from decommissioning and removal of the Iron Gate Dam, Copco 1 Dam, Copco 2 Dam, or J.C. Boyle Dam on the Klamath River, consistent with the Klamath Hydroelectric Settlement Agreement.

Requires the department to find that authorized take will not jeopardize species' continued existence, that impacts are minimized, and that a sampling, salvage, and relocation plan is approved before authorizing take of these fully protected fish.

Exempts California condors under the Northern California Condor Restoration Program from fully protected bird prohibitions if a federal enhancement of survival permit or experimental population designation is obtained and the Director finds it consistent with the California condor preservation project objectives.

Does not exempt the dam decommissioning project from compliance with any other applicable state or federal law.
