Grants and conveys to the San Diego Unified Port District all state right, title, and interest in real property in Chula Vista, San Diego County, acquired by the state through Grant Deed Document No. 2016-0073422 recorded February 19, 2016.

Terminates existing lease No. PRC 8912.9 between the State Lands Commission and the district upon the act's effective date.

Requires the district to own, operate, and manage the conveyed public trust lands for the benefit of the public statewide under the same terms, trusts, and conditions as other tidelands and submerged lands granted to the district.

Exempts the conveyed trust lands from the requirements of Public Resources Code Section 6359.

Takes effect immediately as an urgency statute to facilitate efficient use of trust lands, job creation, and service to the public interest.
