Requires gamete banks licensed in California to collect and retain donor identifying and medical information for donations made on or after January 1, 2020, and provide this information to children upon request after age 18, unless the donor opted out of identity disclosure.

Authorizes courts to award attorney's fees and costs in parentage actions using the same standards applied in marriage and child custody cases.
