Amends Civil Code Sections 1632 and 1632.5 to require sellers to provide contract translations to consumers who primarily speak Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or Korean when a minor negotiates the transaction in English on the consumer's behalf.

Applies to specified consumer contracts including retail sales, loans, leases, rental agreements, legal services contracts, and foreclosure consulting contracts.

Requires translations to be provided before contract execution and must include all terms and conditions in the language primarily spoken by the consumer.

Defines "own interpreter" exception as a non-minor fluent in both English and the consumer's primary language who is not employed by the business.

Specifies that English-language contract terms control legal rights and obligations, with translations admissible in evidence only to prove substantial material differences between versions.
