Adds human sex trafficking as defined in subdivision (b) or (c) of Section 236.1 to the list of violent felonies under Penal Code Section 667.5.

Narrows the scope of sodomy and oral copulation offenses that qualify as violent felonies to only subdivisions (c) or (d) of Sections 286 and 288a, respectively.

Limits sexual penetration offenses that qualify as violent felonies to only subdivision (a) or (j) of Section 289.

Allows courts to impose a mandatory three-year sentence enhancement for each prior separate prison term served for a violent felony conviction, with certain exceptions.

Requires a two-thirds vote in each house to pass, as this bill amends initiative statutes from Propositions 21 and 83.
