Amends the Cleaning Product Right to Know Act of 2017 to update and correct references to substance names and regulatory entities in California Health and Safety Code sections 108952, 108955, and 108955.5.

Clarifies nomenclature requirements for listing intentionally added ingredients, fragrance ingredients, and nonfunctional constituents using the Household and Commercial Products Association Consumer Product Ingredients Dictionary (HCPA Dictionary), International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI), IUPAC nomenclature, Chemical Abstracts Index names, or common chemical names in specified order of preference.

Maintains existing protections for confidential business information, allowing manufacturers to use generic names for ingredients protected under the federal Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Confidential Inventory or the Uniform Trade Secrets Act.

Makes technical, nonsubstantive corrections to references within the act without changing substantive consumer disclosure requirements for cleaning products sold in California.
