Authorizes public schools to enter into memorandums of understanding with nonprofit mobile vision care services providers to deliver vision examinations and eyeglasses at school sites.

Requires vision screenings provided under this bill to be supplemental to and not replace existing vision appraisals required under Education Code Section 49455.

Mandates schools notify parents and guardians before vision care services are provided and allow them to opt out by submitting a completed form.

Exempts parents who have already submitted written statements opting out of vision screening under Section 49451 from the requirement to submit a new opt-out form.

Limits vision care services to noninvasive examinations and eyeglass provision only.
