Prohibits cannabis licensees from selling, offering, or providing cannabis products that are alcoholic beverages, including infusions of cannabis or cannabinoids from industrial hemp into alcoholic beverages.

Prohibits alcoholic beverage licensees from selling, offering, or providing cannabis or cannabis products at their licensed premises, including alcoholic beverages containing cannabis or cannabinoids.

Bans the manufacture, sale, or offering for sale of any alcoholic beverage containing tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) or cannabinoids, regardless of their source.

Requires the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control to take disciplinary action against violating licensees, including suspension or revocation of their license.
