Allows pupils who are children of military families to continue attending their school of origin regardless of any change in residence during the school year, for the duration of their military family status.

For pupils whose military family status ends due to parent's discharge from service, allows continuation at school of origin through the end of the academic school year (grades K-8) or through graduation (high school).

Requires local educational agencies to allow military family pupils to continue in their school district of origin when transitioning between grade levels, and to enroll in designated feeder schools in other districts if applicable.

Mandates that schools immediately enroll military family pupils without requiring outstanding fees, fines, textbooks, medical records, proof of residency, or other normally required documentation to be resolved first.

Does not require local educational agencies to provide transportation services for pupils attending schools under these provisions unless required by federal law.
