Redefines "premises" in cannabis licensing law as the contiguous area where license privileges are exercised, as diagrammed in the application, rather than requiring specific structures and land designations.

Explicitly allows two or more licensed cannabis premises to share common use areas such as bathrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, hallways, or loading docks where no license privileges are exercised, provided all licensees comply with state requirements.

Updates the detailed diagram requirement for premises to show all boundaries, dimensions, entrances, exits, interior partitions, walls, rooms, and common or shared entryways.

Contains provisions that become operative only if companion bills SB 829, AB 2799, and/or AB 3261 are enacted, allowing coordinated amendments to cannabis licensing definitions and application requirements.

Declares that the bill implements the Control, Regulate and Tax Adult Use of Marijuana Act and furthers its purposes and intent.
