Prohibits operators of Internet websites, online services, applications, or mobile applications directed to minors from marketing or advertising cannabis, cannabis products, cannabis businesses, or cannabis-related paraphernalia.

Extends the prohibition to advertising services that are notified by operators that their site, service, or application is directed to minors.

Prohibits operators from knowingly using, disclosing, or compiling personal information of minors for the purpose of marketing or advertising cannabis or cannabis-related products and services.

Defines "minor" as a natural person under 18 years of age who resides in California.

Declares that the bill furthers the purposes and intent of the Control, Regulate and Tax Adult Use of Marijuana Act (AUMA) by protecting minors from cannabis marketing and advertising exposure online.
