Authorizes consumers in supported employment or work activity programs with integrated competitive employment goals to request tailored day services alongside their existing program, with maximum hours of 75 per quarter for work activity participants and 5 hours per month for group supported employment participants.

Requires tailored day service type, amount, and provider to be determined through the Individual Program Plan (IPP) process with detailed descriptions of how services will help achieve integrated competitive employment goals.

Eliminates the four-year demonstration project requirement for community-based vocational development services and implements these services statewide, with a $40 per hour rate capped at 75 hours per calendar quarter.

Changes community-based vocational development services to focus on integrated competitive employment outcomes rather than supported employment outcomes, and requires plans to be developed through the IPP process.

Removes the January 1, 2025 repeal date for community-based vocational development services, making them permanent, while maintaining the requirement that implementation depends on federal Medicaid funding and approvals.
