Establishes the Office of Elections Cybersecurity within the Secretary of State to coordinate efforts between state and local elections officials to reduce cyber incidents affecting election security and integrity.

Requires the office to monitor and counteract false or misleading information about the electoral process published online that could suppress voter participation or disrupt election administration.

Directs the office to coordinate threat information sharing with federal, state, and local agencies; develop cybersecurity best practices; and identify protective resources and training for elections officials.

Mandates the office to protect Internet-connected election systems including the online voter registration system, statewide voter registration database, election night results website, and campaign disclosure filing system.

Requires the office to assess and mitigate false election information and educate voters, especially new and unregistered voters, with accurate information from elections officials.
