State Department of Social Services must develop or identify standard educational material about sexual harassment and its prevention for IHSS providers and recipients.

Department must create a proposed method for uniform data collection to measure the prevalence of sexual harassment in the IHSS program.

Department must convene its first stakeholder meeting by February 1, 2019, and meet regularly thereafter to develop these materials and methods.

Department must provide copies of the educational material and description of the data collection method to relevant legislative budget and policy committees by September 30, 2019.

The bill does not change the nature of employment relationships between IHSS providers and counties, public authorities, nonprofit consortiums, or the state.
