Require all continuing care providers to file an actuary's findings, report, and opinion with the Department of Social Services at least once every 5 years until January 1, 2030 (previously only Type A contract providers were required to file).

Require providers to post copies of the actuary's opinion in a central location at their facility and on their website within 10 days of filing with the department.

On January 1, 2030, reinstate the requirement limiting actuary opinion filings to only providers that entered into Type A contracts.

Require all providers to conduct a maintenance and replacement review at least once every 5 years covering major components with remaining useful life under 20 years, including cost estimates and funding plans.

Require providers to submit a summary of the maintenance review and any reserve account adjustments to the department and post the summary on-site and online within 10 days of filing.
