Requires superior court judges to adopt a uniform countywide bail schedule where if a person is charged with 2 or more offenses, bail equals the highest scheduled amount unless separate victims, separate dates, or separate sex acts are involved.

Mandates that when multiple offenses are charged, enhancement amounts be added only once per victim and prior conviction amounts be added only once per case.

Allows bail to be the sum of amounts for each offense only when offenses were committed against separate victims, on separate dates, or involve separate sex acts on the same victim that may be punished separately.

Applies to all bailable felony offenses and misdemeanor and infraction offenses except Vehicle Code infractions in the uniform countywide bail schedule preparation and annual revision process.
