Repeals the requirement that 6.8 acres of state property conveyed to the City of Pomona must revert to the state if the city ceases to use it as a fire station.

Authorizes the City of Pomona to convey a portion of the property to the Consolidated Fire Protection District of the County of Los Angeles with approval from the Director of General Services.

Requires that any conveyance terms and conditions include appropriate consideration for the state, which may include transfer of city-owned property or a portion of sale proceeds.

Allows the Director of General Services to take necessary actions to prevent the property transfer from triggering reversion of any portion back to the state.

Establishes this as a special statute due to the unique need for the City of Pomona to convey fire protection facilities to improve fire protection in the city and surrounding area.
