Applies the definition to provisions prohibiting secret recording of a person under or through their clothing for sexual gratification and secret recording of a person in a state of partial or full undress in private areas.

Codifies the definition consistent with the court ruling in People v. Johnson (2015) 234 Cal.App.4th 1432.

Specifies that no state reimbursement is required because the act only changes the definition of an existing crime under Section 17556 of the Government Code.
