Authorizes the Director of General Services, with approval of the Adjutant General, to sell seven specified armory properties throughout California including locations in Hanford, Placerville, Redwood City, Reedley, San Jose, Susanville, and Sylmar.

Requires all proceeds from armory sales to be deposited into the Armory Fund for use upon legislative appropriation for armory-related purposes.

Mandates that armories be offered for sale to cities, counties, and districts before being offered to private entities or individuals.

Designates the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority as a local agency for purposes of offering the Sylmar Armory for sale, giving it the same first opportunity to purchase as other local governments.
