Extends authorization for county boards of supervisors to charge annual registration fees for weighing and measuring device inspections until January 1, 2022 (previously set to expire January 1, 2019)

Extends the Department of Food and Agriculture's annual administrative fee to recover supervision and investigation costs until January 1, 2022

Establishes tiered device fees for compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) meters: $75 per device in 2019, $125 in 2020, and $185 beginning in 2021

Increases the maximum device fee for computing scales from $20 to $23 per device

Expands the $80 per device fee cap for jewelry and prescription scales to also apply to scales marked as or meeting the design and performance requirements of Class II weighing devices
