Requires the California Labor and Workforce Development Agency, Department of Veterans Affairs, and Department of Food and Agriculture to identify and post information on their websites by July 1, 2018 to help veterans enter farming or ranching careers.

Information from the Department of Food and Agriculture must include the Healthy Soils Initiative, the 2014 United States Agricultural Act, USDA Farm Service Agency loans, Natural Resources Conservation Service resources, and the federal Beginning Farmer and Rancher Development Program.

Department of Veterans Affairs must post information on California's Farm and Home Loan Program and federal farm and home loan programs for veterans.

Labor and Workforce Development Agency must provide information on training and employment services through America's Job Center of California, with veterans receiving the same assistance as other career seekers.

Agencies shall consult with the United States Department of Agriculture, United States Farm Service Agency, and other federal agencies as needed in developing the posted information.
