Requires employers to provide immediate support from a nurse case manager to employees injured by acts of domestic terrorism (as defined in federal law) that arise out of employment.

Nurse case managers must assist injured employees in obtaining medically necessary medical treatment as defined by the medical treatment utilization schedule and help providers seek treatment authorization.

Provision applies only when the Governor declares a state of emergency in connection with the domestic terrorism act.

Employers must notify claimants within three days of a claim notification or filing about available medically necessary services, using a notice form adopted by the administrative director.

Does not alter existing compensability conditions for workplace injuries under California workers' compensation law.
