Requires consideration of specific impairments for work-related breast cancer injuries, including presence or absence of the organ, loss of upper extremity function, skin disfigurement, pain, and treatment-related impairments.

Prohibits childbearing age from being a determining factor when evaluating impairment related to breast cancer.

Maintains existing prohibition on increased impairment ratings for sleep dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, or psychiatric disorder resulting from physical injuries, with exceptions for violent acts or catastrophic injuries.

Applies to injuries occurring on or after January 1, 2013, and uses the American Medical Association Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment (5th Edition) with a 1.4 adjustment factor for rating permanent disability.
