Authorizes the Secretary of Food and Agriculture to establish milk standards for ultra-filtered milk products sold in California

Requires ultra-filtered milk products to meet all standards and requirements for market milk specified in the Food and Agricultural Code

Requires ultra-filtered milk products to be labeled in accordance with applicable federal laws under Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations

Provides that no state reimbursement is required because costs incurred by local agencies or school districts result from changes to criminal penalties under the law
