Amends Education Code Section 8223 to increase the maximum allowable administrative and support services costs for child care alternative payment programs from 17.5% to 17.6% of the total contract amount.

Maintains requirement that reimbursement for alternative payment programs includes the cost of child care paid to providers plus administrative and support services costs.

Preserves existing restriction that administrative costs cannot exceed costs allowable under federal requirements.
