Requires the California Department of Social Services to request a federal waiver from the USDA to allow nonminor dependents in supervised independent living placements to receive CalFresh benefits without income or resource limits.

Upon waiver approval, nonminor dependents in supervised independent living placements shall receive the maximum CalFresh benefit amount for a household size of one.

Nonminor dependents who are custodial parents shall receive the maximum CalFresh benefit amount for their actual household size.

Imposes a state-mandated local program, with reimbursement to local agencies and school districts subject to existing state mandate reimbursement procedures if the Commission on State Mandates determines costs are mandated by the state.
