Amends Penal Code Section 830.11 to authorize Department of Food and Agriculture investigators designated as investigator, investigator supervisor, or investigator manager to exercise peace officer powers of arrest and warrant service if trained under Section 832.

Expands the enforcement authority of these designated Department of Food and Agriculture investigators to include commercial cannabis activity in addition to existing Food and Agricultural Code enforcement.

Allows these designated investigators arrest and warrant service powers statewide during employment, but prohibits them from carrying firearms.

Grants these designated investigators access to state summary criminal history information on the same basis as other peace officers under Section 11105.
