Mandates awarding departments maintain all records of prime contractor certifications regarding DVBE payments and subcontract amounts for a minimum of 6 years after collection.

Establishes review procedures for awarding departments to verify accuracy and completeness of award amounts and paid amounts reported by prime contractors.
